There's a chapter in the book where Philip talks about carving out ten minutes just to let the noise settle, and I keep thinking — for a lot of people, the dog walk might already be doing that job without them realising it.
Something about putting one foot in front of the other seems to unknot things. Half a mile in and your head's just... quieter.
Does that ring true for anyone here? Whether you've got a dog dragging you round or you're just walking on your own — is that where you actually think, or stop thinking, or whatever the useful version of it is for you?
