Welcome — put the kettle on and say hello
You don't say no to a cup of tea. Not in England. It's practically the law.So — kettle on, and tell us three things: who you are, how the book found you (or how you found it), and how you take...

The Ten Minutes — start here
The only practice the book ever asks for, and the only one I'll push: ten minutes tomorrow morning that belong entirely to you. Kettle on, sit by a window, no phone, no plan.

Ch 4 — Write the Book
Different mediums, different towns, same message: here is a pen, write the book. Is there something life keeps telling you to do from odd angles — and what's stopping you?

Ch 5 — Bottles in the Pool
The pool, the bottles, the glass, the water. Does the picture hold for you — and where does it wobble? (It's allowed to wobble. It's a picture, not a proof.)

Ch 6 — The Things I Couldn't Explain
The voice at the foot of the bed. The figure in the doorway. I gave you Blue's explanations alongside them, because you deserve both.

Ch 7 — The Clearing
The deal that wasn't on paper, and a renunciation that had to be spoken freely. Do you think what a person fully believes can, in some measure, become real? Careful with this one — it cuts both ways.

Ch 8 — Nigel and the Radar
Never square up to what frightens you — make a calm agreement in daylight and keep your word. Where in your life are you still trying to win by wrestling?

Ch 9 — The Gift
I could never bring you your nan — and the gap turned out to be the gift, telling me its name. What's the thing you can't do that everyone around you can?

Ch 10 — Permission
A door that only opens from your side. What have you never actually asked for — out loud, properly, as if it were already real?
